pleasant visit near the promenade
comfortable beds convenient location daily stock friendly staff
the beds were very comfortable, and the location was a short distance from everything on the promenade. tea and coffee were stocked daily, and the staff were friendly. i found the distance very convenient for accessing different areas of the city and the prompt restocking of amenities was useful. the friendliness of the staff really added to the stay.
I noticed the shower pressure wasn't great, and it occasionally went off and came back on. This was a minor inconvenience .

The hotel offered free parking . breakfast was available, providing convenient options. a lift offered access to every floor. This made moving around the building easy.

our family room sea view was clean and easy to access with the lift. the room offered a lovely feeling. the room possibly catered more for the mature person. it had adequate space.

the hotel has a frontline location with a great view. it is near pleasure beach to the left. a nice stroll to the tower etc is to the right. this provides easy access to local attractions.

the staff were lovely, and the receptionist was helpful. the ladies and gents on reception and the waiters and waitresses at breakfast provided excellent service. they were quick to serve. the staff also went the extra mile.

Really good Service and Clean Rooms
spacious room good breakfast friendly staff
I stayed for several nights. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast offered a good selection of food. I noticed all the staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower pressure was not ideal, it went off and on sometimes.

The hotel is in a GREAT location. It is just a short walk to the beach. Transportation options are readily available near the hotel too.

The food was lovely!!! Breakfast offered various choices. I observed the waiting staff to be very efficient. The dining room service impressed me A LOT!!!

Reception staff were cute and helpful. I noticed they provided quick assistance. The waiter was quick to help my son with his wheelchair. All the staff are friendly.

pleasant staff quick arrival
the reception staff were very pleasant. our luggage was brought to our room within 10 minutes of arrival.

noisy side street audible entertainment
i was a little disappointed. our 'double room' was small. the side street view wasn't exactly inspiring with all the noise. the entertainment downstairs was clearly audible and it made getting to sleep difficult, i just wanted some peace and quiet.
